Does bad weel bearings make a noise?
This morning on my way to work i felt a slight wobble in the rear. When i got to work i noticed my chain had some slack in it. WHen going at slow speeds i hear a clicking/ticking noise. not sure if it was the slackin chain or wheel bearing. ANy help would be appreciated

A wheel bearing can make a clicking, ticking, or roaring noise. Can even make no noise. A quick way I would check is pput it on the side stand, this is kinda hard to explain so bear with me, grab your passenger peg on the left side, slightly pull the bike towards you to lift the rear wheel, using your foot, spin the rear tire and listen for the noise. Hard to explain, but its how I lube my chain at work. You should be able to tell if its coming from your chain or rear wheel. Obviously if its coming from the rear wheel, you have more investigating to do, but its a quick check.

No a loose chain wouldn't cause a wobble in the rear. It's possible there was some sand on the ground. Do you continue to feel the wobble under specific circumstances, or was it a one time thing ?
