Digital Display button not working
I am new and this appears to be the right place to ask this question, if not, please let me know where I should post.
I just purchased a 2001 929 with approx 24000 miles. It's in great shape overall, but there are small electrical issues which I think are somehow related.
1. The right button on the digital display does not work.
2. The digital display will randomly switch between trip A and B, as well as switching from mph to kph. I press the left button and it will switch to the other trip selection and usually go to mph also.
3. The turn signals do not turn on consistently. When I slide the switch, there is sometimes a delay, sometimes they work just fine, and others the do not work. I've found that applying upward pressure on the slide seems to help.
Love to hear your suggestions.

Sounds like another gremlin. proly a bad connection, and since it's affecting you cluster and blinkers, I'd start with any and all connections they have in common. You might get better advice in the 929 section.
