Default Dash Dies when riding

Hey guys im new here coming to seek help.

I own a CBR 600 F3 1999 well the problem I have with the bike ever since I bought it is that when Im riding the dash dies, its like it loses all the power but only to the dash, I have to stop and remove a fuse and then it comes back alive and it works fine. What could be wrong with the bike ?

which fuse are you removing .. check the fuse holding connections for that fuse and the wiring that runs to it for breaks splits etc i had to replace the back of my clocks as water had got in and buggerd up the connectors

if pulling a fuse out and placing the same one back into the socket, what is essentially happening there? you've reseated the fuse. the contacts could be dirty in the fuse box or it's somehow working itself loose. clean the contacts or wait until it happens again and instead of pulling the fuse, push the fuse. then you'll know

I'm getting it intermittently on my F4i at the minute as i do about 80 miles a day in the UK & it's just rain & snow at the moment. I have got corrosion showing in my connector blocks from all the moisture so occasionally it breaks the circuit... yours sounds similar..,, check for corrosion to the pins in wiring harness connection blocks & fuse holders & gently clean until all are clean & shiny again, after putting them back together spray with a water repellent regularly like wd40..
