Check all of the connection pins along the way from your ECU to your front harness. Make sure everything is snug insulated.
Just to be safe, I'd check to see how much charge the battery is getting. If you have a fualty R/R, and if your battery is overcharging, then all hell could be breaking loose with your fuses. I've heard of headlights that will constantly burn out because of it. Weird things canhappen with an over-charge.

Only the guage fuse is blown, does that mean I dont have an overcharging problem?
how exactly do you check the charging system?

What I would do: Take off my front fairing and take a good look at my cluster harness for frayed wires like shane said.
Were there any mods done to the bike recently?

RE: Guage Not Working
No mods recently. But it does have an undertail kit and and feul injector module(like a power commander). I do have a problem the blinker on the guage turning on when I apply the brake. So maybe there is a wiring problem somewhere. I'll take a look on the weekend. Thanks for the help so far.
