Default Cruise Control

Does anyone have cruise control on their bike? If so how do you like it? Is it easy to set and unset it quickly if needed to. I plan on making several weekend trips to a family lake house this summer and after making it twice already a cruise control would make it a lot more comfortable ride.
(I have an 03 CBR600 F4i)

You can buy those little slip on things that go over the throttle so all u have to do is use your palm to keep your current speed as opposed to twisting.

Don't have cruise control but have tried the device mentioned above on a cruiser. It worked ok for the cruiser but not so sure I'd attempt it on a sport bike.

Personally, been lusting after the ThrottleMeisters.
Best looking but pricey. Patiently lurking through the e-bay jungles,
waiting for the elusive beast to cross my sights at half price. ;-)

Tripage makes a cruise control that replaces the stock bar end, and replaces it with his control. $70 so it doesn't seem badly priced. I plan on trying it out sooner or later

I've used something called the Vista-Cruise since the 80's. It's a basic throttle lock that you activate with your thumb. When you're covering hundreds of miles in a day, it's really nice to be able to rest your hand. At less than $25 it's hard to beat it's value.
