Hi , can't see why they can't last for 10's of thousands of miles , all really depends on how you use it, Ive been driving and riding for nearly 50years and have never burnt a clutch out, but the again I drive and ride like "Driving Miss Daisy"

That's what I would think too. But they do wear out at some point. My bike has done 103000 ks at no sign of slipping as yet.

Agree with CaBaRet, if you aren't hard on them, and barring any kind contributing factor, and assuming you maintain the bike properly, they should last a very long time, if not a life time.

That's a pretty dam good clutch to go a life time. I'm liking the sound of that lol
