Clutch issue please assist me :D
Gday all,
I have a clutch issue with my '94 CBR1000F. Within a matter of days the clutch got harder and harder to disengage. Now the bike is stuck in first, I can't get it to neutral.
The clutch lever seems to have very very little resistance. Before the clutch failed completely I would have to pull it all the way in and really push the foot gear shift hard to get it
in correct gear.
I have tried bleeding the clutch to replace the fluid but found that even using the correct technique, there was not enough
pressure to get the fluid to flow out of the bleeder valve. (Yes I was turning the bleeder valve off after each clutch handle pump).
So my guess is either clutch needs adjustment. Or the little pump next to the clutch lever below the clutch fluid reservoir has failed?
Any help diagnosing greatly appreciated.
Cheers
