Default Cluch Replaced/Won't Start Once Warm

I have a 2005 CBR 600RR. I just had the clutch replaced by the dealer and now the bike won't start once it warms up. It's like the battery is low. It cranks slow and then stops cranking. If I let it cool down for about 10 minutes it will start with no problem. I replaced the battery. Anyone have an idea on what could be wrong?

Sounds to me like you have a charging problem, I can't see the clutch replacement being related, unless the mechanic really stuffed up! I suggest its just a coincidence & you should be looking at your regulator & so on to see wots wot. Once the bike is warmed up, it should start easily, If your starting it up & doing a few clicks, then I suspect the battery is drained when you go to restart.

What about a starter issue? Sometimes they get week and you do not notice unless they are warm, and they will crank slow like the battery is dying...
