My 1999 CBR600FX wont start, the starter solinoid keeps buzzing wehn i press the starter button. and the starter wont turn. i was wondering if this means my starter has jamed up? Also, how would i check that my altenator is working properly, as my battery seems to die quite quickly.

 

Sounds like your battery is almost died. Charge it and try again. Chances are your battery is bad and not your alternator. Charge is and load test the battery. Autozone will do that for free.

 

im just after putting a new battery in her, and she wont start when i jump start her off the car battery
