The Purolator filter for our bikes is NOT the same as any car filter. Our bikes run significantly higher oil pressure than a car, too, so I use the Purolator motorcycle filter on mine. It's cheap, and it's on the shelf at Pep Boys down the street (or on Amazon if there's no Pep Boys where you live). The Amazon price is under $6 and ships free if your total order is >$25, and Pep Boys is within about a dollar of that.

what does high oil pressure have to do with filter? filter is there to screen out any tiny little debris in the oil.
