I hope everyone is doing well

I'm having an issue with my 06/07 CBR125. This happened earlier today after I rode it home and now I'm not able to start it. I'm 99% sure that it's not that the battery is flat

Here's pretty much the deal:
- If I move the ignition switch to "On" then nothing comes on (lights, indicators, neutral light) and if I press the starter then nothing happens
- While the ignition switch is "On" there is a buzzing sound coming from the battery area

I opened the seat and checked all the fuses that are there (3x10 and 1x30) and they are fine. There were some replacement ones there too which I swapped out just incase.

On a maybe related note - I generally used to start the bike with the bike in gear and the clutch in, however lately (last week or so) the bike won't start like this and I need to put the bike into neutral to start it.
