Hey can someone please help me. I bought a 2002 CBR F4i and it turn off on its own. So I bought a new battery and put it in thinking it would solve the problem, but it didn't. It will run for a few hours and then it will shut off sometimes it will start back up but sometime I have to give it a jump. I took it into the shop and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. So I have been riding it, but won’t take it too far because I am afraid I am going to be stranded. So the other day I meet up with one of my boys that work with me because he just bought a 2001 F4i. To my surprise his bike does the same thing. Please help

 

sounds like your battery cables may not be hooked up propery. Make sure they are on nice and tight.
