Most probably your carbs have gunked up and the jets are clogged so you need to take it apart enough to reach the carbs, take the carb bank off the bike, flip it over, open the float bowls and clean all the jets.
Also once you're down there it would be a good idea to swap your plugs since the bike is already apart.

It doesnt even kinda fire at all? Try pulling the fuel line off of the carbs and the vacuum line from the engine to the petcock, leaving it connected to the petcock and start sucking on it with the fuel valve vertical. Fuel should flow out of the fuel line. That would tell you your getting gas to the carbs. But if you do what Mattson says you'll know if you're getting flow when fuel runs everywhere when you pull the carbs.
Haha yea well forgot to mention DRAIN THE BOWLS FIRST
. I did write that @5:50 squinting over my morning coffee...
But yea check your petcock as well.
