Default Cbr 600 f3 carb issue?

Hi, I been having problems getting my 96 cbr 600 f3 running right. I've had the carbs off and on so many times I'm getting wore out. I need help. The bike will idle fine once warmed and revs up good. But when you put it in 1st gear and go to take off it boggs down and hesitates until it gets over 3000 rpm then it will gain power then around 9000 or 10000 rpms it hesitates and boggs down again. I've taken the carbs out and apart and I've noticed what might be the problem. I have a pic and in the pic you will see a air jet with the number 2. On cylinders 2 and 4 I cant spray carburetor fluid through them but on cylinder 1 and 3 I can. Is that normal? And if not how do I get them unclogged?

Have you actually gone through the process of cleaning your carbs? if not, that is were you need to start.

I have cleaned them. I'm asking is it normal for carb cleaner to shoot through passage number 2 on the pic only on the 1st and 3rd carbs but not carbs 2 and 4.

Have you ever had one clogg up on you? What is that passage for? What's the best way to get it unclogged?

It supplies air to the main jet. Our carbs have to be 100% spotless. They usually get gummed/clogged by fuel sitting in them. You have to totally disassemble them and clean every passage and orifice with carb cleaner, compressed and small wire. It's a tedious job but it has to be done or the bike will never run correctly.
