CBR 250r wont start

Default CBR 250r wont start

hi guys just looking for some advice on my bike....
it wint start it would seem there is an issue with getting fuel to the carb the pump is working out of the bike i have tested the circuits and found a blown fuse...put it all back in and it wont fore can get fire by putting fuel in top of carby but wont run....any advice on what to check next..any advice would be welcome thanks guys...

Is there an inline fuel filter? How about one in the tank? Fuel petcock flowing fuel in the on position, reserve position? How much fuel is in the bike? Can you bypass the pump? On the old 600s the bottom of the tank is lower than the carbs, same on the 250?

there is fuel..not sure if there is an inline filter cant see one...am trying to start it with tank off so the tank switch wont matter...cant bypass the pump cos the bottom of tank is below the carb....have shortened the hose from outlet to carb and it seem that it want to fire but still no go...

getting fuel after replacing the fuse? does the fuse keep blowing?

all fuses are good..i am guessin that it might be the plugs prolly stupid of me to have not had them out and replaced they would be atleast 2 years old that is how long i have had the bike and i havent replaced them ....any hints on this process..i have the tank off can i do it from the top or do i have to go in sideways and take the side fairings off...
