Lol ya, i realized a couple weeks ago that the cb400's are meant to be sort of like sport bikes. Mines going through a transition however and will be a bobber / chopper when im finished. Bobber is i decide not to buy the raked fork kit and a chopper if i do decide to rake it out.

Can order the kit that adds from 6" - 2' of rake for $500....but that's going to come later on. Right now my biggest concern is to get these new carbs in and make sure it wont bog down like it did with the last set. Then....to get the seat mounted and after that the forward controls. And finally to the cosmetic's of the build.

bigboi, why bother doing all that work, just go out & buy one these Honda VTX1300CX's.
And watch all the Harley owners cry.

lol that's simple, i can easily see myself parting with the $125 for the bike and then the $500-1000 to get it looking the way i want. I went to the stealer-ship and looked at the new ones....then got my credit approved and they told me my note. After that i called and saw how much my insurance would be. Insurance + one note was around double what i was getting a whole bike for lol.

Figure i drop $500 in this one and ride it til it dies... So for around $650-1200 i get a custom bobber/chopper that no one else has around here.....or for $8-10k i can have a generic Honda that i see everywhere on the roads around my city.

Besides i needed something to do since I've finished college, the first week i was out of class i was bored out of my mind trying to find things to do while i was at home. Now i got a nice little project to work on.

And i just don't like the look of the Fury, would rather have the vtx1300 cruiser instead. But i will be using the same style headlight for mine.

I have a flywheel puller (the one that looks like a 4way lugwrench) that I'd let you borrow, but you could buy a new one for what it'd cost to ship it to you. If you ever plan on working on bikes in the future, get that one. So far I haven't found a bike yet that it wouldn't work on.
