Have any of you knocked this out? If so what were the results?

well, from what i read and understand it drops the pressure at the manifold side of the exhaust plumbing. that's not necessarily a good thing though as a drop in manifold pressure reduces top end power delivery. the stock exhaust is engineered in a very different way than aftermarket solutions so busting out some baffling is not making it a arata exhaust system. in example, the exhaust headers are bridged to aide to parallel port exhaust gas extraction. aftermarket solutions do not feature this bridge and thus offer gains in mid to top end HP. but there are other features of aftermarket exhausts that aid in HP delivery to include material. as i said, busting out the baffles does not make your exhaust system better just more getto. leave em there.
