hmm have you ever done anything like this before?? and are you mechanically inclined? well, if its not running.. i would just take the entire thing appart and dont worry about dranning the gas out of the carbs because it will just come out anyways when you take it appart.

if you just what to drain them there should be a screw on the bottom of your carbs on the bowl, you just lossen up the screw and it should drain out the bottom i always take a piece of gas line and put it on the little plug stickin out the bottom of the bowl and drain it in a clear jug to make sure its clean
