Default Carb Sync Adapters

I'm about to buy a manometer, otherwise known as that tool used to synchronize carbs. The kit I am getting comes with a 5mm adapter which it says fits most Honda's and Suzuki's, but there is also a 6mm adapter which can be purchased additionally. Anyone know which one the CBR takes? Specifically my model, but just what everyone else has used would also be helpful.

Waiting on a text back from my cousin who is a bike mechanic but I'm thinking the larger adapter might be for the literbikes... ?

Total guess but I'll let ya know in a minute...

I was just told by someone they used the same kit I did and they were fine, so at this point I am assuming the 5mm is the correct size. I'd still like to know what your cousin says.

Honda/Suzuki use the 5mm and Yamaha/Kawasaki use the 6mm. Learn something new everyday!

Looks like you're good to go homie.

FYI, I went with this kit. The Morgan Carbtune and this one typically run around a bill, but this place was selling the Motion Pro for $70, SOLD!

Sweet!

Yeah my cousin yesterday apparently is abandoning streetbikes so he offered up his MotionPro synch tool with both adapters for $50.

I got a new carb synch for a deal too, and it's all because of you... Thanks!
