Default Carb Issues (w/ pics)

Okay so over the weekend I decided to finally tackle my carb issue, which was causing major hesitation throughout the power band. I made a huge mistake. I disassembled all four carbs at the same time and placed all the jets in the cleaning bath together. I am now reading that you should clean each carb separately because each carb has a different jet size.. So.. here's my dilemma. Is there a way to tell which jets go to which carb? I wish i had read that BEFORE I cleaned them. If it helps I have a 1991 CBR 600 F2. Mikuni carbs. If it helps I took pics BEFORE I disassembled them.. Would it be possible to reassemble them correctly if I were to match the parts to how they look in the before pics? I still need to sync the carbs as well, but I'm pretty sure I would need to have the carb circuits correct before I could properly sync them..? Ugh.. I feel really stupid right now.

I was able to remove the D shaped screw. I used a wire connector MacGuyver style cause I didn't have the D bit.

I cleaned everything with carb cleaner then blew everything out w/ my air compressor. It said something about remembering the amount of turns but I of course read that after I unscrewed them. All parts looked good, almost as if the previous owner replaced the o rings and rubber gaskets. There was a clamp screw missing from one of the rubber boots that fit the carbs onto the intake manifold, so that means either it vibrated loose or he lost it. I'm gonna go to the store now to get a screw for the clamp, since there would be leakage on that carb due to not being sealed the the intake manifold, right?
Also, my buddy and the previous owner said most likely problem would be carbs, since the bike did not get ridden much by the previous owner.. I got new plugs, they're just a bitch to get to on this bike. I'm gonna go inspect /clean them now. New K&N air filter. As far as valve inspection / adjust goes.. I've got the Clymer repair book for the bike so I should be able to do that without screwing things up any worse..
Also found something neat online: http://www.powerchutes.com/manometer.asp should be able to tune the carbs w/ this for around $5
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Getting the right jet's back in the same carburetor is not as critical as getting the right size jet in the right carburetor. Look closely at the main jets. If the numbers are all the same, then not a problem. If you have 2 of one size and 2 of another, the larger numbers will go on carbs 2 and 3. The smaller number will go in carbs 1 and 4. Just make sure they're clean. Same goes for the idle jet. They are most likely all the same. Making sure they're clean can be difficult because the hole in them is so small. Soaking in carb cleaner and blowing through them with compressed air will help ensure they're clean.

The pilot jet needs to be turned in gently until it bottoms out, then turned back out 2-1/8 turns (2.125 turns) as an initial setting. There is a procedure for adjusting them to the final position in the manual. It's called a Idle Drop procedure. But you're going to need more than your wire connector though to adjust them while the bike is running.

You'll also want to make sure your choke passageways are clear. Bikes that sit for long periods of time will often plug these passageways. It's the brass tube that you can't remove. Squirt carb cleaner through there as well as compressed air.
