i have a 97 cbr600f3 i have a really long line comming of the bottom of the over flow tank, its to long to be a vent line i think because it touches the ground. dose anyone know where it goes, thanks

 

sounds like the fuel tank overflow line,,it just routes to the ground so if you overfill the tank, the excess fuel sitting in side the fuel cap area has somewhere to flow

 

ITS ON THE COOLENT OVER FLOW TANK

 

then it is just the overflow for that

 

IT SO LONG IT HITS THE GROUND

 

its the siphon tube for the reserve tank, it goes from the bottom of the tank to the top of the tank next to the cap so it can reuse the water in the tank. Thats what it is that s what it does. Its the only hose on the tank at all. Hope this helps good luck
