The best way to clean them is to pull them and do it by hand.....but if your not comfortable with that you can run injector cleaner......but it needs to be running for that to help....

Is the bike tore apart and if it is the odometer has to be plugged in to crank, also check the fuses under the seat on the left side of the motor.
