I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but I agree with Hamlin, in as much as you need to go back to square one.
When I cleaned my carbs I didn't split them, I just did them one at a time, so as not to get the parts interchanged between different carbs. I soaked all the metal parts in carb cleaner and was scrupulously clean.
The first time I took the carbs off, it took me forever. But eventually I could whip them off, including tank and plastics in about ten minutes
Be meticulous, be thorough, do it once. Leave no stone un-turned, because that will be the stone that's hiding the problem.
