Default California carburetors

Hey all!!

I know there's a difference between CA carburetors and ones from the other states. The main thing being all of the additional vacuum lines and hoses. I have heard of people removing all of the emission lines from the CA carbs, but am curious what all is involved in doing this? Thanks for any help in advance.

Default RE: California carburetors

Emissions stuff sucks for us 49-state-ers! I just found a set of 49 state carbs for cheap and swapped them out.

I set-up an area on my site just for this conversion. Still a work in progress, but it might give you an idea or 2 about emissions removal.
