Default brake pad clearance's//.007-any suggestion

took bike to local dealer,,
hasnt been right since..
closer inspection, revealed when new tire mounted they had the disks @!&U backwards.
took off tire/ swapped out disks to correct sides,, but cant get honda recommended .007 clearances on
either pad on either side of each caliper.. any suggestions??? manual says adjust two bolts for tolerance..

cant figure out the issue, bled brakes before, think they need it again,? but wouldnt the pads come back out like on a vehicle.
have 2 year degree in automechanics.. bikes are different,
thanks in advance,
michael

Got it,
had to loosen axle, and loosen outer bottom fork bolt,
pull out on fork/caliper, got clearance ..tightened back and double checked...
good to go.
