rear switch should adjust. try that before you replace it.
front switch is held on by screws, two i think. they are super easy to replace.

Update: I adjusted the plastic ****/nut on the foot brake, I tightened somewhat but I

still have to apply a fair amount of force to engage it. I want to attempt to tighten it more

but I do not want to damage or break the know/nut. Should I take off the rear set to get

a better grip on it?

The contact points in the switch may just need cleaning/refurbishing - pretty simple to do. I wrote a how-to on how I fixed this on my rear brake switch:

Nice, thanks adrenalnjunky. I was just going to adjust but seeing how straight forward your

how-to method of cleaning up the switch is I'll have to make it happen. Thanks.

Update: Final verdict, I'm going to adjust the rear brake lever switch and today I cruised

down to Temecula Motorsports and ordered a new hand brake lever switch, it'll be here on

Friday. Mission accomplished, thanks for all the help forum.

I had the same feeling about breaking it, but I didn't and I adjusted mine A LOT. I made it so when I barely put any pressure on brake pedal the light comes on....
