Default bouncing idle, scorpion install

Hey guys I have a 03 600rr. I have installed a Scorpion Ti exhaust and after the install I started the bike up and of course the engine is still cold. When I started her up and let her warm up. Towards to pretty close to normal temp the idle started to bounce. It bounce a bit for awhile so I reved it up and waited, still I kept bouncing. Is this normal? I didnt notice this when the stock exhaust was put on. I'm starting to think that its running alittle lean? Or maybe the computer is trying to adapt? if so how? I dont think mine has an O2. its a Wasington bike.

hey....
could be a few things....

check for leaks...
unplug the battery for a bit and let the computer reset.

if you've already done 2, then i would check with 1.
