Default HELP! Bouncing idle, video inside:

2005 honda cbr600rr

I have a bouncing Idle, and when rev'd up the bike kills itself once the rpm's come back down.

So far I know:
The boots on the throttle bodies are seated good and don't have any cracks.
Just put in new iridium spark plugs tonight.
all connects have been gone over and are connected.
Power commander has been disconnected and bike ran with AND without it,and it does the same thing either way.

Here's the video we took just a little bit ago:

Have you messed with the idle screw to see if that helps?

Most likely a sensor or FPR. Is it throwing a code?

That's what it ended up being. The idle screw was stuck, turns out it was turned so far in to the right. I had kept trying to turn to the left and it finally broke loose and allowed me to adjust it. With the idle so high it was basically dumping in fuel and running SUPER rich, causing my problems.

I changed out the spark plugs and changed the oil just to be safe. (and oil was good, no fuel in it) running great now, but now my oil light is on??? when i changed the oil i added a little more than needed on accident, so level is a little high, don't know if this would cause my oil light to stay on?
