my buddy just picked up an 03 rr... fuel pump is bad supposedly (i havent tested it to see if its getting power to it or if its just the relay thats bad) but ive been looking up pumps online and its almost imposibble to find them for the 03-04, i know 05-06 are different and wont work, some people say get the 1000rr pump but u have to midify it to fit and neither of us care to do that honestly lol... so my question is, are the pumps in these bikes notorious for going bad is that why they are so hard to find?

and the idle adjustment screw was broke, we got the new one in yesaterday but idk where it connects too... i know its the wax assembly but i cant seem to find it... are there any pic diy threads for this? thanks
