Default Blown fuse

I bought a 2002 f4i one week ago, my first bike, it ran perfectly all week, then yesterday I went on a long ride and got back, the bike sat for two hours and when I came back out to leave it wouldn't start. I checked the fuses and the starter fuse had blown, so I changed it and when I went to start it it blew again, I was able to get it started and get home but I went to start it again this morning and every time I tried the fuse would blow every time I tried to start it. Why is this happening? Thank you

Check the cable to the starter and see if it's rubbed itself through to a ground. If that's all fine, disconnect it at the starter and make like your going to crank it and see if the fuse blows. If it doesn't blow, your starter may have a short or the cable has moved off it's short point.
