Bike won't turn over.
BIKE: 2015 Honda CBR300R
I tried to ride one day, and when trying to turn the bike over, Lights would come on, turn on the killswitch and the fuel pump primes, hit the starter, and the bike chokes immediately, at points struggles to turn over for a quarter of a second. After letting off the starter, fuel pump re-engages and I'm faced with the same loop. I've clutch started it, and I've sparked the starter relay, both working. I took it to a friend who works on bikes regularly and they described the issue as being the starter relay. Can anyone possibly confirm this for me off what I just said? I just replaced the starter relay and I'm still running into the same issue. Checked all the fuses, checked the terminals to the battery and just recently cleaned them again in hopes that the problem would "correct itself". There was a recall on the same part, for the same model, of the same year, and the previous owner had already replaced it through the recall. I got the bike at 400 miles, sitting at 1024.

Yeah, I charged the battery, multiple times at this point. I have it on the charger now, and I bought it back in march earlier this year.
