Default bike wont start UPDATE!! again

my bike wont turn over.the oil light is on i checked the oil and it is low if you rock the bike back and fourth you can see alittle in the
bottom of the window.is there a sensor or something that it wont allow it to start?or worst case did i seize the engine.i just checked the oil the other day and it was fine i just dont understand

ok it still wont start.i'm not to sure what to do from here.i dont think its the battery its a new i just got it when i bought the bike in april.i tried starting it in neutral with the kickstand up then i tried in first with the clutch in and nothing. agin there is oil in it its just at
the very bottom of the glass.i'm at a loss here what should i try next? thanks guys

ok so today i was messing around with my bike and trying to start it.it sounded like it really wanted to fire up.so as i was cranking it i gave it some throttle little by little the i opened the throttle all the way up and wouldnt you know it she fired up.alot of visable exaust came out of the pipe for about a minute so i let her warm up then took her around the block shut her down and waited awhile and started her up and she fired up no problem.soemone had said that she may be running rich or lean and that i should look into a pc III
because i have a yosh rs-5 so all seems to be well i'll try her again tommorow and see what happens.will a pc III fix the rich/lean problem? thanks again you guys are awsome!!

so the bike in upright position you do not see the oil?
that's bad... get some oil in there!

the oil light blinks when you turn the key... but it goes off once the bike is started. Make sure you are in neutral or the kickstand is up

it may just be a weak battery, the bike will turn over with little or no oil in the bike so thats not your problem. If you can see oil in the window there is no way you seized the engine. Also check your safety switches such as your clutch switch on the handle bar and your kick stand switch located on the left side of your bike down by the actual kick stand. Sometimes these swiches go bad or get disconnected which would cause the problem you are having. some bikes oil light are on until the bike starts then the light turns off you might not of noticed that before. Good luck.

Does the fuel pump run when you turn on the ignition? Did anything happen differently at the end of your last ride, or since then has anything happened or been worked on. Does the neutral indicator light turn on, and then off when you shift?

nothng happened my last ride everything was fine.neutral indicator light works like it should.you know the other day when this started
i went to start it and it didnt start so i turned it off waited a couple of minutes then tried again and gave it alittle gas and she fired up
i let her run for a bit then shut her down.i tried to give it a little gas while starting it this time and nothing.could the plugs be fouled?
i would like to try to fix the problem myself if possable due to lack of funds.but if i cant figure it out i guess i'll bring her in....somehow

Flooded??? After charging the battery if it is weak, try cranking with the throttle open all the way for 10 seconds. repeat.
