As for your issue, I wonder if you might have a problem with the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The problem that usually arises with the FPR's is they will allow too much pressure and dump too much gas in the engine, which could stall it out. I don't know of a good way to check though. I know if you pull the vaccum line off and there is gas inside the line, the FPR is bad. Im sure there is a way to test the ohm resistance of it, but Im not sure what it is.

This was a common problem on the F4i's for some time. Im not sure its a common problem with the 600RR, but it could be something to look into.

Holy crap!! haha, my friend has been telling me his brother had to replace the Fuel Pressure Regulator on both his CBR900(not the exact CC) and f4I because they weren't starting.. That's what fixed it.. I wasn't too sure it would be a problem on my bike but now that you mention it, I might as well replace it! As for the fuel filter, I still have no clue what it's called in the manual and where it's located at.. haha, thanks squid and if you could help me a just a little more on finding this damn fuel filter on my bike, i'd appreciate it!! I'll be on the look for it haa.. thanks man!!
