I have just replaced my old cluster with a new Acewell digital gauge. Before that my bike was running fine. After the digital gauge was installed, the bike seems to hesitate on second gear and up. When I give it gas, it will hesitate a little, and then the bike would jerk and so on. It only happens on 2nd gear and up. 1st gear still runs fine. Others have told me that it's my fuel pump, but I've just replaced it 1 year ago. Has any of you ever come across this type of problems? Any help I get will be greatly appreciated.

check the obvious...do you still have the old cluster? if so replace and see if it still does it...if it does...then something may be up with the wiring...or the draw on the new cluster is greater than stock...or it could be that your fuel pump or something else decided to malfunction at around the same time as your swap.
