My bike was laid down today (on it's right side) and wouldn't start up when I picked it up. I figured that the engine was flooded so parked it for about 2 hours. After the 2 hours went by it started up fine. After riding it for awhile to i came to a stoplight and was wait for the light to change. While waiting i noticed my rpm's were lowering fast and then my enigine shut off. The bike will start up but continues to act up when idoling at a light, in neutral, or in first when i first start to move.

Any help on this would be greatly appriciated!
