If it has no voltage, Check the main fuse and voltage across the battery.

Is the voltage to the fuse box? Youre gonna need to follow the power from the battery through the system until you find the break. (The main fuse is not in the fuse box. I trust you found it.)

Could by your ignition too, if you have a mulitmeter or test light I would just start checking wires and try to isolate the problem, shouldn't take too long. Make sure to check your grounds too.
