Default Bike Completely dead no electrical at all

I bought an 04 600RR. The guy I got it from layed it down and now it is completely dead. The bike electronically has no power. I checked all the fuses and the regulator under the front seat.If you have any advise I would appreciate it.

What regulator under the front seat? There's no regulator there...

did you check battery voltage? how about battery connections? Clean and tight?

When you check the voltage on the battery, check the terminals. One time on a car I had, only half the terminal was getting power and it wasnt the end that ran power to the rest of the car, oddly enough.

also when you say lay down does that mean on its side,if so they have an anti lean switch i think so if its on its side the bike won,t start. i think

There should be a main fusein/near the starter relay. I don't know te RR very well but did you check that one? Also, have you taken a reading of the battery voltage?
