got the carbs off my bike wanna bench sync them but i have one issue the 3rd carb to the right the butterfly valve doesnt seem to move when i make adjustment for the 2 screws on the side . .does the one adjusment screw in the middle next to the throttle stop control that? but if i move the linkage where the cable goes it now opens . . any help would be greatly apreciated . .o yea and its 98 cbrf3
