Default battery or alternator or stater??

Getting kind of stressed out.. Just bought a cbr 600 f4 2000 love the bike started no problem took it for a little 5 minute ride smooth ride got it home next day went to start it it sounded week but still started, weird right... Well later trhat night went to start her up click click battery dead all lights came on but not enough to crank over, mmm charged battery tender charge 1 full day starts up perfect lots of juice , shut it down . Next day click click again , Call my buddy he brings over his charged battery thought it was a dead cell , she starts up great, keep the battery in all day night next day ?? No start pissed. Think its the regulator I buy one install it fully charged battery again 1 day later click click,
BUT it will start when I have a fully charged battery it starts right up , I can drive it with No problems next day no start ?? Can it be the stator possibly 2 bad batteries( not likely) alternator , Maybe the starter but it does start though on a fully charged battery multi meter details show 12.6 12.4 amps 13.6-14.0 when reved up 12.3/12.4 idle Bad Ground but where... any help is welcome
