Default baffles

i am making an exhuast for my bike...i will be using a powercommander and my question is...is it safe for my bike to run with no baffles?

Safe, Maybe...
Baffles create soudwaves and back pressure that aid in the scavaging and re-filling of the cylinders. By removing these baffles you drasticially change both the pressure level and frequency, thefore changing the fill rate of the cylinders.
You can do it, but there's a good chance your going to loss HP. How much and were, don't know, but it's going to happen.

I also heard there is danger of a backfire goin back into the motor since there is no backpressure!?? supposedly causessome damage. anybody else hear this? is it possible?
