Default bad stator?

Gentlemen,

I suspect I have a bad stator. It is reading 0.6 ohms across all the wires. The manual references a range of 01.- 0.3

Does this confirm my stator is bad? Thanks in advance for any advice that is given!

I doubt it. Stator's are just a coil of wire and not prone to failing that often. Not that they can't, but having it be off by a couple tenths of an Ohm isn't an indication of it being bad. I'd say that there is a higher likelihood of the accuracy of your meter being able to measure that small of a reading. I think your Stator is just fine.
