Default antivibration bar ends

do they really help or not. I have a 600rr and was trying to figure out something to make my hands quite falling asleep on long rides so much.

I don't feel it's the vibration. It's the squeezing we do. There is a device that allows us to put ;some of the weight on the outer palm portion of the hands. it's on the forum somewhere.

I agree. When I ride I constantly concentrate on using my legs and lower back instead of my arms, wrists and hands to support my upper body. This is also the technique you want to use when carving curves. With practice it should become easier and more natural.
