I was looking to get some bar ends for my 2003 600rr but when i looked into the handle bars there is nothing to screw the ends into.. do the bar ends come with something?

Yea they have a weight that has two big rubber rings, one on each end and it is held in by a steel ring. I bought everthing in ronayers.com. If you don't want to go through the trouble just buy the universals that have the plug. Johnny
