Just a little FYI (For Your Information)

I was browsing EBay today and I notice something very interesting. First off Before I bought my Scorpion GP Titanium Oval exhaust I did some research about the company and came to realize that Scorpion exhaust are one of the top exhaust manufactures in the world. They are up there with AKRAPOVIC, YOSH, D&D etc.... Anyways I later found out that the guy that designed the scorpion exhaust system is the same guy that did the AKRAPOVIC system. He quit AKRAPOVIC and joined SCORPION!!!! Now your probably wondering "what are you trying to say"
Well take a look at an AKRAPOVIC slip on. Notice anything????
The AKRAPOVIC logo has a SCORPION on it. Its the little red design before AKRAPOVIC.
Ironic? I think not.

I know I know: I am bored! nothing to do its -28c outside!

yea, they are very similar system mang...but akra sounds so bomb...scorpion sounds so...so...harley biker gang or something...so for the extra bling, i'd go with akra!

wierd. I thought Scorpion renamed to Akrapovic...

 

Akrapovic used to be Skorpion. Scorpion Exhaust is a completely different company. I guess the "k" makes a world of difference.

 

Alot of people get a big chubby over Akrapovic systems... and they do look decent, I'll admit. If you like them both, then it comes down to (as with most all slip-ons at least), personal preference!
