Default RE: aftermarket seats

hah ya i stand up for bumps, dips in the road, and when my junk gets pushed the wrong way and needs arranging ha.
i think i may buy some foam and cut it different ways and set it on top of the seat and tape it down to find which is most comfortable.

has anyone used the gel inserts in their seats like on mountain or some of the race pedal bikes?

I got my bike and seat done, cosmetically anyway.

I had a new tail section, with a non-pan like, Carbon Fiber surface.

Took some real dense, CLOSED CELL, WON;'T ABSORB WATER, foam...like the one you are rolling your mouse across now...right a mouse pad.

I covered the area I wanted covered, and then just for the time being used double sided tape to hold that in place.

Then took some dense cell foam, 3/4 inch thick, carefully cut out a suitable shape, and after using tape again, and many sittings and test rides, carefully got off, scribed a line where I wanted everything to be with a architects pencil, and wnt to carefully cutting.

Installed the mouse pad like stuff...still using good tape only...then carefully applied some fabric glue to the thicker foam and attached it to the base.

Pic here...

You guys must have huge donkey wieners to be worried about your junk hitting the tank. Either that, or my F2 seat really is that much better.
