i have a guy that wants to buy my chrome wheels off my 954,he's gonna give me his wheels off his 00' f4 and 500 cash for mine,will this work?like switching sprockets from mine to his and brake rotors also?what else will need to b done?

Not really. The bearings that will be needed to do the swap will be really hard to find.
