Default about to purchase...

hey guys my 2006 cbr600rr was stolen last week...long story short I'm looking to get another cbr600rr I'm just not sure of which year model to get. What year model do you guys recommend? I was thinking 2009 or 2010...

i have an 07...this and the 08 are identical and have the most power...the 09+ i think have the abs option...

Sorry to hear about your bike. I've been through it, so I know how it feels, it sucks. But don't count it out, you could get it back. I did, and with very little damage. I don't think your insurance (assuming you have comprehensive coverage) is going to do anything for 30 days anyway. They want to give the police a chance to find it. Remember, thieves are stupid.

If you don't end up getting it back, and you have to replace it, I'd go for the one you like the most. The one that you think handles the best, or you're more comfortable on. The one that makes you feel the best to be seen on, whatever makes you happy. People can talk about specifications and performance numbers all day long. How many time have we all see the "slower" vehicle beat the "faster" one ?

In the end, it's all about you and what you want ?
