Also, I assume you've got the F3 manual for all of this right? Section 18-16 starts the fuel system troubleshooting, including how to test the Fuel pump and checking that it is flowing the proper amount.
Did you reconnect the fuel pump hoses properly - inlet/outlet?
Also - you didn't happen to unplug the throttle position sensor plug maybe?
that would be great if you could point me to the throttle position sensor. and also i did reconnect the inlet right but the outlet, two hoses are just dangling there, one bigger one and one smaller. is it suppose to be connected somewhere???
and for the fuel pump, i will check it this evening when my battery charges up.
no more car jumps.

TPS plug is on the outside of the main framerail, just in front of where the fuel pump is situated. Page 16-11 in the manual.

thx, i will download it anyways but she lives.
i charged the battery and like you guys said, close the thrtle and make little turns, thats what i did.
she fired right up. adjusted the rpms to about 1200 when she wormed up and waiting for her to cool down to see if she starts again with choke on.
