96 cbr600 f3 dies while riding on highway

Thank you for all the responses, I really appreciate it. I have not had the chance to use/buy a voltmeter(which I know I need things are just a bit tight right now) but I had them test the battery and it tested at 59% charge, which I was told was normal for right out of the box. Now something I forgot to mention which might be important is that the battery I bought didn't fit right with my bikes battery cords, I had just screwed them tight so I'm thinking maybe that may have been what caused it, new battery has to charge before I put it in so I will let y'all know how it goes once I do that

Update #2: After fully charging the new battery I put it in my bike, only for my bike not to start -.- and then my tail light and led plate lights wouldn't come on, But when I pressed on the foot break it lit up? Which means there's a connection so Idk why it's not working. The bike tries so hard to start but just won't, it clicks and clicks but never like turns over and rumbles. Any ideas? I didn't mess with anything, literally took out my old battery and put the new one in
