96 cbr 900 pilot screw adjustment

96 cbr 900 pilot screw adjustment

I have my pilot screws 3 1/2 turns out. The manual calls for 3 turns out. But at 3 turns out my bile seems like it idles lean. Its a little better at 3 1/2 turns out. Is this ok. And can I turn them out any more?

Here is a video of it idling with pilot jets 3 1/2 turns out and I blipped throttle a few times.
